Do you offer custom packages or just fixed services? ↓

Both. I have popular services and packages that work well for most clients, but I can also tailor something specific to your needs — whether that’s a single service or an ongoing partnership.

How long does a typical project take? ↓

It depends on the scope. Branding projects usually take 3–4 weeks, website design takes 4–6 weeks, and marketing services can be one-off or ongoing. ’ll always give you a clear timeline upfront.

Do you offer payment plans? ↓

Yes! Most projects can be split into 2–3 instalments. For larger or ongoing work, we can chat about what works best for you.

Do I need to have my copy/images/branding ready before we start? ↓

Not necessarily. If we’re doing brand or website design, I can help with strategy, copywriting and sourcing imagery — or we can collaborate with your existing content. For marketing, I’ll work with what you have or help create what you need..

What platform do you use for websites? ↓

All websites are designed in Showit, which is perfect for creatives who want full design flexibility and easy editing without touching code. It also integrates seamlessly with WordPress for blogging.

Will I be able to maintain things myself after we finish? ↓

Yes! Whether it's your website, email marketing, or content, I’ll provide training, tutorials, or templates to set you up for success — even if tech isn’t your thing.

Do you work with businesses outside Australia?↓

Absolutely. Studio Alvie works with creative brands worldwide — from local legends to global go-getters. Everything is handled online, so location is no barrier.
